IB Group is the leading company in commercial real estate market in St Petersburg. Our clients get the full services "From the idea to the realization": conceptual design and business planning; projects leading; project funding; attracting tenants; realty management; increasing profitability of the objects, preparation of property for sale; cost cutting; property rights registration; independent valuation.

We work in all segments of commercial real estate: retail and office realty. With a number of objects we operate as the Project Manager (work with the general contractor, finance, construction control etc.).

On the credit side of the company, there are 6 open malls including shopping center "Sennaya" - the winner of the "Commercial Real Estate Awards" as the best shopping mall. IB Group is developing 15 retail objects in St Petersburg and the regions of Russia. The company is also operating 2 shopping malls (a discount center "Rumba", shopping center "GALLERY 1814"), 6 office buildings, and operating as the Project Manager of 4 other objects.

As the management company IB Group is conducting a lot of contracts in office real estate and retail.

At the present time IB Group is working on new trade realty projects in St Petersburg and the regions. Among them there are: multifunctional complex "Tolstoy Square" (23 000 sq.m); mall "NIK" in Marshala Zhukova prospect (15 000 sq.m); shopping and entertainment center "MAGHISTRAL" in the city of Chelyabinsk (60 000 sq.m); shopping and entertainment center in the city of Aktoba, Kazakhstan (65 000 sq.m).

Asset management is the function of the management company "Piter" and "IB Management", which are the part of IB Group holding company.

The company has made a number of projects with changing the type of property into office centers and now is operating them as a management company.

IB Group's professional activity in shopping center management is rewarded with the certificate for realization of the project "Shopping complex "Sennaya", which has become the winner in the nomination "The shopping center of Saint Petersburg", "Commercial Real Estate Awards 2005".

In 2005, IB Group became the winner of the XI Interregional public competition in real estate "KAISSA" in the nomination "The best management company in the shopping and entertainment centers segment of St. Petersburg".

In 2006, IB Group became the winner of the XII Interregional public competition in real estate "KAISSA" in the nomination "The best management company in commercial real estate of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region".

IB Group in the active member of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers (GMD). The managing partner of the company Yury Borisov is at the present time the President of GMD.
