The experts of IB Group participated in the designing of such projects as business center "Inform-Future" (one of the first business centers in St.Petersburg), Business centers "Goldex", "Admiralteisky", "Mikhailovsky", "Burevestnik", "Baskov-House", "Nevsky 30", "Fontanka 130", "Lomonosova 1", "Shpalernaya 51", "Moika 58" and the others. Top-management of of the group took part in the projects of shopping malls "Sennaya" and "Vladimirsky Passage".

A number of the leading experts of the company studied at the Institute of Real Estate Management, USA for the Certified Property Manager degree and in process of getting CCIM degree.
