Upon the results of the international investment forum "PROEstate 2007"IB Group company has concluded an agreement with the American company "REMM - Group International" (Real Estate Marketing and Management) regarding collaboration in commercial property management and consulting.

President of "REMM-Group", Mr. Robert Taylor (CPM, CRE, CSM), has visited Saint Petersburg and Moscow many times as a participant of educational programs organized in Russia by IREM. It was his company in which Elena Nikulicheva, deputy Director General of the management company "Piter", had her internship.

"Our company", said Mr. Taylor, "has experience of international cooperation with the countries, having a dynamic development of the real estate market. In 1996 we have created an affiliate company in China by establishing American-Chinese company "REMM - CHINA" and this project has proved to be very successful. Now is the moment when my company is ready to start cooperation with Russia, to build a bridge of business activity between our countries".

"Our goal is to provide the introduction of the international standards in property management and thus to attract more foreign companies to the Russian market by creating for them the customary level of management in office centers and retail malls", said Yury Borisov, Managing Partner of IB Group.

"REMM-Group" is the accredited member of AMO; an international organization introducing high standards in property management into the market that allows them to consult a number of development projects, in particular, in terms of increasing the value of the buildings under construction or re-construction.
